Family is the one of the biggest values the person can have and we try to take care not only about our seamen but also about their families.

We are always OPEN for the contact and try to help and provide all necessary information for the families especially when their relatives are on board the vessel.

In December'99 in St. Petersburg we organized the first NGC Open Day for seamen families. Parents, wives, children came to take part in this event. We conducted the presentation of the company, excursion to the SIMULATOR of "Bridge Team Management" where everyone could try to steer the virtual vessels, showed the experiments with the Nitrogen, arranged all-prize lottery and furshet for our guests.

The common impression from the attendants was that the evening was surprising and interesting, and it was good to experience the concern from the company for its employees and their families.

We intend to continue the tradition and run the "Open Days" in the future not only in St. Petersburg but also in other cities where our seamen live.
